Our popular lunchtime Yoga sessions are ran by Sophia Mays.
The classes are easily adaptable to suit all levels whether you are new to yoga or an experience Yogi.
The class focuses on a Power Yoga style, keeping the body moving throughout the class working on strength, flexibility & stamina.
It is a class not to miss out on!
These classes run during term time every

12.30-1.30pm
Classes are just £10 per class when setting up a half-termly debit with KLDA.
Drop In Classes are payable at £15 per class.
Trial Classes are £10 per session.
